Braewood is a new residential community nestled in the heart of the historic Village of Flat Rock, in Western North Carolina. Set on approximately 88 acres, the Master Plan envisions 121 single-family residences, with approximately 50% of the property set aside in quality common open space. The property is located at on West Blue Ridge Road, approximately half way between US-225 and Highway 176.

Forest Park – our first release, contains 31 lots nestled into the most heavily wooded and attractive areas of the property.  The winding, central avenue leading through this phase takes maximum advantage of the site’s gentle topography, and are designed to offer buyers the classic “Flat Rock” experience of an elegant homesite that echoes the older more established neighborhoods of the Village.  Natural trails and cascading waterfalls make these homesites the most desirable in the neighborhood.  Priced in the low to mid 100’s.

Phase II – Phases II is conceived as a neo-traditional development, with smaller lot configurations that create the look and feel of the more classic and traditional neighborhood settings. These 89 lots, priced from the 70’s to low 100’s, will be enhanced by a series of landscaped parks and border the preserved wetlands and and forest adjacent to Kings Creek.
